As Chief Executive, my aim is to showcase the quality of our schools and colleges whilst also sharing some of my experiences of visiting the destinations.

Frances joined the company in 2012 after working in a QE school for 6 years. As a linguist and qualified CELTA teacher, she has excellent knowledge of language learning, and the importance of high quality teaching and customer service.

It's my job to ensure our licensees are kept up-to-date and involved in all our marketing activities. I also work closely with our Chief Executive, Jonathan, to promote the Quality English and Quality Education brand for our licensees.

Carolyn Blackmore was the Chief Executive of Quality English and Quality Education from 2003 to 2016. Carolyn is now a Director of Quality English Ltd.
