WSE has been here for over 60 years and is one of the oldest EFL schools in the UK. We’re in a beautiful building with a large garden right in the centre of Wimbledon, 3 minutes from the station & only 20 minutes from Central London.

We offer a wide range of English courses and flexible delivery options, including online flexible training, one-to-one and closed group courses, as well as school-based options for both our part-time evening and afternoon courses, and our full-time courses. We have courses to meet every need, including teacher training, pre-sessional, university preparation, specialist programmes for professionals such as doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals, examination preparation for tests such as IELTS, Cambridge, OET, and TEAC, as well as exciting summer and winter programmes for juniors or general English language improvement, all taught by our highly dedicated and experienced trainers.
