The Essential English Centre was thrilled to have StudyWorld 2025 take place in their home city of Manchester in January.
The event hosted over 110 agents from 40 countries over the two day workshop and was a welcomed opportunity to showcase Manchester and the North of England as a study destination. The Essential English Centre owners Jo and Bairbre took the opportunity welcome many partners old and new to their school in central Manchester. Agents across the board commented on the warm, professional atmosphere of the school, and the transformation of Manchester into a modern, exciting study travel destination.
As part of StudyWorld, Jo and Bairbre welcomed representatives from the Department of Business and Trade from Mexico and Colombia. With QE Chief Executive Jonathan as their guest, Bairbre and Jo were happy to host this in-school visit to learn more about the LATAM regions and how The EEC can prepare to welcome these students. Bairbre will be joining the QE missions to Mexico and Brazil in March 25, and is looking forward to linking with new partners in both countries.
“With Manchester continuing its exciting rise to being the fastest growing city in Europe, and with 6-month visa-free travel to the UK for Mexico and Brazil, there has never been a better time to study English in this vibrant city”, said owner Bairbre.
