Emerald Cultural Institute making donation to AVSI

This Christmas, Emerald Cultural Institute has decided to make a donation to AVSI, a charitable non-profit organisation which supports development and humanitarian-aid projects all over the world. In particular this year AVSI is supporting projects in Ukraine, Burundi, Peru, Uganda, Tunisia and Lebanon.

AVSI contributes to all 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nation 2030 Agenda. Among these are: the fight against poverty, zero hunger, good health and quality education.

The AVSI vision is to help build a world where each person is responsible for his or her own development and can contribute to that of his or her community even in times of crisis or emergency. More details can be found via this link.
