Online Open Day at Concord College

The Concord College Summer School team would like to invite you to Concord’s Online Open Day on 2nd February 2021 from 10.30 am UK time.

There will be a chance to attend a live Welcome Talk by Principal Mr Neil Hawkins and the new Principal, Dr Michael Truss, who will be taking over from Mr Hawkins in September 2021.

After the success of the college’s first Online Open Day in October, which was attended by over 400 families, Concord College has decided to hold another similar event this term – and hope this will be a useful alternative until you can visit again in person.

There will be a presentation about Concord’s wonderful Summer School courses and University Preparation courses, followed by a live Q&A with Director of Summer School, Mrs Kari Quant and Sharon Connor, Summer Course Senior Administrator.

And if you are a former Summer School attendee, perhaps the Open Day will inspire you for a Main Term education at Concord too.

Other talks will involve the Admissions process, again, with a live Q&A session with the Head of Marketing, Mrs Vanessa Hawkins and the Admissions Secretary, Miss Karen Pike.

There will also be a chance to watch an exclusive video tour of the campus filmed recently, only available to those who sign up to the Open Day.

Speaking ahead of the event, Principal Mr Hawkins said: “I really hope you are able to join us on the 2nd February to learn a little more about Concord and what I believe makes its Main Term and Summer School education so uniquely special."
