Wimbledon School of English is delighted to be partnering with the prestigious France Langue language centres to offer two international ‘English in France’ junior summer camps this summer.
The camps are located in two of France’s top resorts – Nice & Biarritz – and provide the winning mix of the WSE academic programme which combines English, Young Leaders & 21st Century Skills, plus fun and invigorating sports such as surfing (Biarritz: ages 14-17), or paddle boarding, orienteering & sailing (Nice: ages 10-14). Both camps are in beautiful residential accommodation by the sea, but for parents who would like to combine their children’s adventures with a family holiday, there is a day camp option available at each centre.
Jane Dancaster, Managing Director of WSE said ‘we have known France Langue for many years through our mutual membership of IALC and of course, their excellent reputation. When we started considering alternatives to UK based courses they seemed the natural partner for this exciting new international programme. With a combination of our mutual expertise in running summer camps, their knowledge of the French locations and our ‘more than English’ innovative courses taught by our great WSE teachers, we feel this will be an excellent option for summer 2021 and beyond.’
David Sampere, from France Langue, confirmed ‘the idea of collaboration is the main objective of IALC, and, in these challenging times, what could be better than working with one (if not The One) leading school in the UK. “Alone, you go fast, together you go far”. I couldn’t have found a wiser partner for this adventure than Jane and her team.’
Both schools and their staff are excited about this new collaboration and the synergies in marketing, pedagogy and communication which will result.
