Why do you think your school is a Quality English school?

My philosophy from the start (43 years ago) has been to run a quality school offering courses at a sensible price.  We have always been at or near the top of the rankings since the EL Gazette started to analyse British Council inspection reports.  This quality and professionalism is evident in all aspects of our service.  It is my business and I care passionately about our reputation in the market place.  We now teach the children and grandchildren of our first students.  We have excellent feedback from students and depend to a great extent on word-of-mouth recommendation.  It is for these reasons that I think English in Chester is a Quality English school.

What made you join Quality English?

English in Chester is a medium-sized language school.  I believe in networking and working with friends and colleagues from other schools to enjoy similar benefits to the larger organisations.  I am a member of other prestige language associations and Quality English was the next logical step.  I should have joined years ago!

Why would you recommend Quality English from what you know so far?

First impressions are important!  Right from the beginning I have experienced the friendly professionalism  of everyone working at Quality English.  My agents around the world have reacted very positively to the news that I have joined.  I like the programme of overseas missions that Quality English  arranges and look forward to seeing many of our representatives as we travel around the world.  It will also be good to meet new agents who share the same enthusiasm for quality. 

 What are the main reasons to recommend English in Chester to an international student wishing to study in English?

• Our teachers are great and our students study hard and have fun while learning. On all our courses we focus on spoken communication.
• We have a personal approach to learning and place students and all their needs, both in nd out of the classroom, at the centre of our thinking.
• We and our students love Chester. It is easily accessible from Manchester Airport and is a fantastic, historic and very “English” city.   It is a great base for a language course for students of all ages.
