Discovery Summer: new residential summer school in 2025

Discovery Summer is excited to be opening a new residential summer school in 2025.

Their new centre for Young Learners (8-12 years) and Teens (13-15 years) is at Benenden School - one of England’s most traditional boarding schools set in 250 acres of beautiful parkland in Kent.

The English Plus+ programme includes 20 hours' English, plus an exciting programme of afternoon and evening activities, and two excursions per week.

To take advantage of the excellent facilities and this stunning, safe campus a wide range of sports and arts & crafts plus nature walks, drama, music and evening entertainments are on offer.

They're looking forward to welcoming international students from all over the world (Discovery Summer welcomed 48 nationalities in 2024) as well as their ‘English Student Hosts’ - British 11-15 year olds who live on campus and participate in all aspects of the programme. This means international students can speak English naturally throughout the day - as well as making lasting friendships.
