Update on summer programmes at Millfield English Language Holiday Courses

Next year, Millfield English Language Holiday Courses is running summer programmes for students aged 6-17, with availability for two weeks, up to six weeks, throughout July and August.

Alongside a General English option for all ages, students aged 12-17 have the option to choose an exam preparation course, improving their current level of English with the internationally recognised Cambridge Assessment English examinations.

Students will benefit from an online Pre Course, with further preparation whilst at Millfield during the summer, before sitting the exam at the end of their course.

During the 12-week self-access online course students will have access to materials and one face-to-face lesson each week, with weekly tutor support.

At Millfield, lessons will focus on exam technique with full mock tests, with lessons tailored to the personal needs of the students.

The exams that students will be able to sit at the end of their course are Cambridge B1 Preliminary for Schools, Cambridge B2 First for Schools and Cambridge C1 Advanced.

Alongside the exam preparation which takes place in the mornings, students will be able to immerse themselves in the full Millfield experience, with a range of sporting and creative activities in the afternoons, two excursions per week and an exciting social programme for the evenings.
