Manhattan Language Student Wins Cum Laude Award at Prestigious Radiological Society Conference
Maysa Olivera, a Manhattan Language student from Brazil, won a Cum Laude award for her education exhibit at the 110th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America, that took place in Chicago last December.
The presentation titled MYSTERIES BENEATH THE MIND’S DOME: ILLUMINATING CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS OF THE POSTERIOR FOSSA was among other 1,548 education exhibits, but only 44 were awarded Cum Laude by the Education Exhibit Awards Committee.
Maysa has been studying an Intensive English program at Manhattan Language for 5 months, combining Integrated Skills and Speaking and Pronunciation classes in the morning with a Business Class in the afternoon. And the entire school staff, specially her teachers Douglas and Anthony, couldn’t be prouder that her admirable dedication and hard work was deservedly recognized at the conference.
Congratulations Maysa, formidable job!!
