Discovery Summer Marymount - Summer Centre

Marymount International School is located on a private residential estate just 18km southwest of London.
The campus is ideal for young children. It is safe, compact and has many excellent facilities, set in beautiful landscaped lawns and gardens.

There is a sports hall, dance studio, auditorium, common room, 5-a-side football pitch, a tennis and multi-sports court and a large garden for games and activities.

We offer 2 programmes for students aged 8-13:
Residential programme 7 days a week
Day programme Monday to Friday

Teaching programme
• 20 hours’ tuition per week including English Skills, English Workshops and end-of-week presentation
• Optional exam: Trinity Graded Exam in Spoken English (at extra cost)

Activity Programme
• Afternoons: wide choice of activities including sports, arts & crafts, baking, fun games, dance and movement
• Evenings (residential students only): team challenges, British games, discos, circus skills, steel pan drumming
• Excursions: e.g. London, Chessington World of Adventures/Zoo, Hampton Court Palace
• Special Sports Options - Tennis or Horse-riding (at extra cost).

Accommodation (residential course only)
• Staff/student ratio at least 1:4
• Accommodation in small, extremely well-kept rooms (1-4 beds)
• 3 meals a day and healthy snacks provided
• ‘English Student Hosts’ of your age take part in the courses so you make friends with English speakers of your own age
• Free airport transfers from Heathrow and Gatwick (both under an hour away)
